Kaia reached the 2nd round by defeating Alexandra Panova in three sets 7-5 3-6 6-2. In the second round she will meet 7th seed Anastasia Pavlyuchenkova.

In the second round Kaia defeated 7th seed Anastasia Pavlyuchenkova in straight sets 6-0 6-3. In the quarterfinal she will meet 2nd seed Andrea Petkovic.

In the quarterfinal Kaia defeated 2nd seed Andrea Petkovic in straight sets 6-1 7-6 (9-7). In the semifinal she will meet 3rd seed Francesca Schiavone.

In the semifinal Kaia defeated 3rd seed Francesca Schiavone in straight sets 6-3 6-0. In tomorrows final she will meet Daniela Hantuchova.
