Kaia decided to withdraw from the tournament due to the back pain. Kaia will start the new season in Brisbane Australia in the 1st of January 2012.
In the first round Kaia defeated Liana Ungur in straight sets 6-0 6-3. In the second round she will meet Dinah Pfizenmaier.
