Kaia's own words: "It was difficult in the beginning as it has been long time since I played against someone in such level. It took me some time to get around. In the end I was feeling good. I was told after the match that I was leading 30:0 in five games but lost them all."

The main draw for this years's US Open was made today and Kaia will meet Anna-Lena Friedsam (GER, WTA 80) in the opening round. This will be their first time to play against each other.

Kaia played her first competitive match after Wimbledon today and won 6:4, 6:3 against Samantha Crawford (USA, WTA 220) in the first round match of qualifying tournament of WTA Premier level Connecticut Open.

It is time grass tennis and Wimbledon. Kaia is meeting in the first round Su-Wei Hseih (WTA130.) a qualifier to the main the main draw. Main draw matches begin on Monday. Head-to-head us 1-0 in favour of Su-Wei.
Kaia won the title of this ITF event and will participate in similar event in Bangkok next week.
